Summary

This bill prohibits federal agencies from issuing vaccine passports or standardized documentation certifying COVID-19 vaccination status to third parties. Federal agencies cannot publish or share COVID-19 vaccination records or similar health information about U.S. citizens. Additionally, proof of COVID-19 vaccination cannot be required to access federal or congressional property or services. The bill addresses concerns about government tracking and mandates related to vaccination documentation.
