This bill provides incentives to encourage more people to get cybersecurity education and training. It offers tax credits to businesses that pay for their employees to earn cybersecurity certifications or degrees. It also cancels student loans for borrowers who work in cybersecurity jobs in economically struggling areas. Additionally, the bill makes cybersecurity instructors eligible for scholarships to help train the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
