Summary

This bill requires the Director of National Intelligence to develop within 60 days a strategy for coordinating the collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination of foreign intelligence relating to critical and emerging technologies across the intelligence community. The strategy must address appropriate sharing with other federal agencies responsible for regulation, research, public health, export controls, and financial tools.
