Summary

This Senate bill authorizes the State Department to pay up to 100 million dollars for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro Moros for narcotics-related offenses. The reward can apply to arrests and convictions in any country. Payments must come exclusively from assets seized from Maduro, his regime officials, and co-conspirators under existing sanctions, ensuring no new taxpayer funds are used.
