<p>This resolution recognizes the 40<sup>th</sup> anniversary of the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange, the 30<sup>th</sup> anniversary of the Future Leaders Exchange, and the 20<sup>th</sup> anniversary of the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study. </p> <p>The Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange, between the United States and Germany, offers opportunities to study and/or work abroad for high school<strong> </strong>students, recent high school graduates with a vocational interest, and young professionals. The Future Leaders Exchange provides scholarships for high school students from Europe and Eurasia to spend an academic year in the United States, living with a family and attending an American high school. The Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study offers opportunities for high school students from countries with significant Muslim populations to study in the United States and for U.S. high school students to study in a number of those countries.</p>
