Cynthia M. Lummis is a Republican U.S. Senator from Wyoming, having taken office in January 2021. Prior to her Senate service, she represented Wyoming's at-large congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives from 2009 to 2017 and served as Wyoming State Treasurer from 1999 to 2007.
